Describe the radiological finding and possible differential diagnosis.

65 year old female,severe exertional dyspnoea,severe fixed obstruction and restriction on spirometry,progressive worsening in symptoms.write the radiological diagnosis.

Large pneumothorax on left side is obvious. Does this meet criteria for tension pneumothorax?

30 year old male. Diagnosed as ptb and treated with 6 months ATT in year1998 and again in 2003.Now reports with recurrent hemoptysis for past 4 years. No fever no weight loss. What is your interpretation ? What is most likely diagnosis?
